Caveat Emptor

Society has become very complex and there are many levels of structure and regulation.  With every system there are loopholes and for every layer of protection there are some individuals that seem to be overlooked.

The rights of individuals attempt to balance against the rights of society and exceptions outnumber rules, and it seems that courtesy and respect are diminishing and people have a greater obligation to protect themselves than in times past.

No longer can it be assumed that the government will always protect us - they must protect those that wish to take advantage of us also! It ought not be assumed that if something is available it is safe, or that if something is published it is true.

The public needs to be ever critical of morals and ethics according to its own standard and continually analyse the quality of goods and services on offer.

The Ethical Cosmetic Alliance invites you to question the standards of all you find.
